  • After 3 hours, any request to cancel or change the order will not be accepted, as the order will have been locked for processing and sent to the carrier.
  • You will receive a 100% refund if the cancellation request is made within the allowed time (3 hours after placing your order) without any fees.
  • The order cannot be fully refunded if the cancellation request is sent after 3 hours.

2. How to Modify/Cancel an Order:

  • Prepare the required information, including the order email, order number, and specific requirements for modifying or cancelling the order.
  • Send the request with the above information to [email protected], with the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].

3. Refunds for Cancelled or Modified Orders:

  • The support department will quickly confirm the cancellation and handle your refund request if it is deemed valid. This process typically takes 7 to 11 hours.
  • The refund will be issued via your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
